Hemo Organic Limited formerly named as Dinesh Allorga Limited, was incorporated on August 28, 1992 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 and received its certificate for commencement of business on the same date.

The company got listed with Bombay stock Exchange(BSE), Mumbai, from 1995. Company was engaged in manufacturing of chemicals having plant and machinery at Lunej, Khambhat, Gujarat. The manufacturing of the same was discontinued due to pollution crisis.
Currently the company is involved into trading and business.

The company is being promoted by Dr. Dinesh S Patel, who pursued masters in organic chemistry in the year 1982 and further pursued Ph.D. in Chemistry in the year 1989 from Sardar Patel University, V.V Nagar, Gujarat. He was appointed as Chairman & Managing Director by Govt. of India Ministry of law, justice & Co. Affairs Dept. Of Company Affairs, Shastri Bhavan, 5th floor, A Wing, New Delhi for 3 years and is holding the post till date. He has had 10 years of industrial experience prior promoting this company.

Mrs. Sonal D Patel was appointed as executive director of the company in the year 1995 and is appointed till date. She was having 5 years of general management experience prior to the appointment of executive director. She is looking after the general management of the company.

Mr. SURESHBHAI PATEL

Mr. Sureshbhai Patel, a Commerce Graduate from Gujarat University, having excellent skills. He is having more than 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Considering his vast experience, his presence on the Board will definitely have a very positive impact on company’s topline. He has been appointed as the Independent director of the Company.

Mr. Baldevbhai Patel, living in Ahmedabad, Gujarat holding a Post Graduate degree in Agriculture Studies. He possesses vast experience and sound knowledge and very strong connections with scientist and professors which will help us to excel in research and development program. Considering his vast experience, his presence on the Board will definitely have a very positive impact on company’s R&D program. He has been appointed as the Independent director of the Company.

Mr. MANISH KANAIYALAL PATEL

Mr. Manish Patel is the Managing Partner of NS & Associates, a boutique Law advising firm focused on providing strategic tax and regulatory advisory services to small and medium businesses in Gujarat. Over the years, he has had extensive experience in advising clients across a range of industries. He is a Commerce graduate and holds a LLB. He is a co-founder of NS & Associates, a highly regarded tax and transactions firm which he helped established and run for over 12 years. He has been appointed as the non executive director of the Company.

Mr. KANUBHAI NARANBHAI PATEL

Mr. Kanubhai Patel is an iconic leader, considered to be respected visionary, a very successful entrepreneur and investor, having more than 45 years of experience in various areas . He possesses vast experience and sound knowledge in varied fields. His strong social and business network along with his expert advice will become useful for the Company’s growth and development in long run. Considering his vast experience, his presence on the Board will add immense value to the Company. He has been appointed as the non executive director of the Company.

Mr. MRUGESH KANUBHAI PATEL

Mr. Mrugesh Patel is Chief Financial Officer of Hemo Organics Limited , having an MBA in Finance. He is responsible for the finance function across the world. As an established finance leader, He has an extensive and rich experience in Corporate Finance including shareholder value creation, ESG and corporate governance, business partnering, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, taxation, financial accounting and reporting. Prior to Hemo, He used to work for MKP investment Group for more than 13 years where he worked extensively with private equity funds, Hedge funds and other institutional investors, owners and managers of businesses to make good investment & financial decisions.
